Bluff Park

Bluff Park is a long, paved blufftop path above Long Beach's sand, popular with paragliders who launch from the bluff on breezy afternoons. Stairs connect down to the beach at several points along the way, and the elevated path gives a longer, uninterrupted view of the coast than the sand itself does.
A genuinely nice stretch of blufftop walking with an occasional paragliding show, more a scenic walk than a beach day.
How we score beachesLate afternoon is a good time to catch paragliders launching off the bluff if the wind cooperates, it's worth timing a visit around.
