Brant Beach covers the long, developed middle stretch of Long Beach Township, running through what were once separately named communities like Beach Haven Terrace and Peahala Park before they blended into one continuous strip of houses and beach blocks. The township badge office at 68th Street anchors the area, and a year round dog park nearby gives owners an option even when the beach itself is off limits.
The sheer length of open beach is a genuine plus, more room to spread out than towns with a shorter stretch, though the area is really several older communities stitched together rather than one distinct destination.

Parking is available on most secondary streets, plus a dedicated lot at Bayview Park.
Flat streets lead to the sand at regular intervals along this stretch, with no boardwalk involved.
Dogs aren't permitted on Long Beach Township beaches from mid May through September. A year round dog park at 68th Street, requiring a township Paw Pass, is available as an alternative.
Water warms into the low to mid 70s by August, consistent with the rest of the island. The long, uninterrupted stretch of sand here holds up well even on the most crowded weekends.
