Burnt Cedar Beach
Incline Village, NV
Burnt Cedar Beach is one of Incline Village's three restricted-access beaches, run by IVGID for residents with a picture pass and their guests. It combines a small sandy beach with a protected swimming cove, an outdoor pool with a waterslide, a toddler pool, a playground, and a big grassy point for picnics.
A great family setup with a pool and a calm cove, but it's closed to the general public.
How we score beachesIf you're staying in Incline, ask your host about guest access. The rules on guest passes have tightened, so sort it out before you show up.
A lot at the beach on Lakeshore Boulevard, for pass holders.
Paved paths lead from the lot to the pool, lawn, and sand.
The pool runs in summer, when the protected cove is also at its warmest. Off-season the grassy point is a calm spot for a walk.
