Centerville Beach County Park

Centerville Beach County Park runs for miles below dark bluffs south of Ferndale, one of the longer open beaches in Humboldt County and one where limited off-highway vehicle use is still allowed with advance notice. The scale of the place, more than any single feature, is what draws people out here from town.
The sheer length and scale of open beach is genuinely worth the drive from Ferndale, though the exposed, windy setting isn't built for a relaxed lounge on the sand.
