Century Park Beach

Century Park is a 2.76 acre Lorain city park on East Erie Avenue at Massachusetts Avenue, with a small swimming beach, picnic tables, a playground, and restrooms. It's one of the quieter beaches in Lorain, a good pick when Lakeview Park is crowded.

Tower Hill rises about 260 feet above the lake, and climbing it and running back down is a rite of passage. On a hot July Saturday the beach feels like a small city.
