Sea Camp Beach
Cumberland Island, GA
You can only reach this beach by ferry, and once you do, wild horses and eighteen miles of untouched shoreline are the reward. It is one of the last truly wild barrier islands on the Atlantic coast, and the National Park Service caps visitor numbers to keep it that way.
Book the ferry reservation well ahead in season. The National Park Service caps how many people can land each day.
