Hunnewell Beach

Hunnewell Beach is a public beach in Phippsburg near Fort Popham, at the mouth of the Kennebec River. It is quieter than nearby Popham Beach State Park, and the fort ruins are a short walk away. There are no lifeguards, and parking at the entrance is free.
