Kapaa Beach Park runs along the edge of Kapaa town, a narrow strip of sand behind a reef that locals have long called Baby Beach for how calm and shallow it stays. It's a straightforward, low key stop right off the bike path, more about an easy dip than any real surf or snorkeling.
A genuinely useful, low key family beach for the neighborhood, though the damaged reef means there's little to see underwater and the sand is thin at high tide.
