Mai Poina Oe Iau Beach Park

Kihei, HI

Family-friendlySurfingUncrowded

Mai Poina Oe Iau Beach Park, the name meaning forget me not, sits along North Kihei Road with a long grassy lawn and a beach favored by windsurfers testing the same steady trade winds that make Kanaha famous a few miles north. It's less known to visitors than Kihei's Kamaole parks, which keeps the grass and sand comfortably uncrowded most days.

Locals Score🥥🥥🥥🥥🥥

A genuinely pleasant, underused park with real shade and grass, held back from a higher score only by water that's often too wind chopped for casual swimming.
