Mant's Landing
Brewster, MA
Mant's Landing, also known as Robbins Hill Beach, is a small Brewster bay beach that stays quiet even in summer. Low tide opens the same wide flats that Brewster is known for, and a couple dozen parking spaces keep the crowd small. There are no lifeguards.
A quiet, uncrowded landing with classic flats, but no lifeguards and few facilities keep it simple.
How we score beachesTreat the flats like a tide clock. Check the chart before wandering out, since the tide returns from the sides.
A Brewster beach permit is required from mid June through the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. The lot holds roughly 20 cars.
The lot is a short walk from the sand. The beach is soft underfoot with no boardwalk or ramp.
Dogs are prohibited from mid May to mid September.
Summer is warmest, and there are no lifeguards. Fall days are calm and clear, with a pleasant bay breeze.
