Marina Beach Park
Edmonds, WA
Marina Beach Park sits just south of the Edmonds Marina, a rocky, driftwood-strewn Puget Sound beach about a mile southwest of downtown with an off-leash dog area and room for volleyball and kite flying. Swimming and diving aren't allowed within 300 feet of the ferry dock, though the nearby Edmonds Underwater Park is the real draw for local divers.
Real, well documented, and distinctive for the nearby dive park and ferry-adjacent setting, plus a genuine off-leash area.
How we score beachesStay well clear of the ferry dock, at least 300 feet, if swimming or diving is the plan; the restriction is specifically about that zone, not the whole beach.
An off-leash dog area is on site.
Open 6am to 10pm year round; kite flying and beachcombing work in any season.
