Port San Luis is a small working boat harbor with moorings, a boat hoist, fuel, and ice sales, Harford Pier extending out into the bay as the harbor's main fishing and viewing spot. It's less a beach than a working waterfront, good for fresh seafood and watching the fishing fleet come and go.

A genuinely active working harbor with real fishing culture and fresh seafood nearby, though it's a working waterfront more than a swim beach.
