Seaview Avenue Beach and Boat Ramp
Fairhaven, MA
Seaview Avenue Beach sits at the foot of Seaview and Ocean Avenues, just off Sconticut Neck Road, on Little Bay and Nasketucket Bay in Fairhaven. The shoreline mixes sand, rock and marsh, and a boat ramp shares the site, so it feels like a working waterfront. The water is calm and the mudflats and marsh add texture.
Accessible and dog friendly with calm water, but the shoreline is a mix of rock and marsh rather than a classic sand beach.
How we score beachesThe day fee is $7 or $50 for a yearly boat ramp sticker, so if you are only going once, pay the daily.
A paved lot with a $7 daily fee or a $50 yearly boat ramp sticker.
The lot is paved and the site is described as ADA accessible.
Dogs are permitted.
Calm bay days in July and August suit a mellow swim. Fall brings good birdwatching on the marsh edge.
