Seawall Park
Langley, WA
Seawall Park is a narrow, 1.44-acre city park built in 1975 along the Langley seawall on Saratoga Passage, with Adirondack chairs and picnic tables looking out at Camano Island and the Cascades. Open water swimmers use this stretch regularly, and gray whales occasionally feed in the tide flats here in spring, close enough to watch from the wall.
A charming small-town waterfront with genuine open-water swimming use and a real shot at spring whale sightings, a local favorite despite its small size.
How we score beachesWatch your footing near where the whales have been feeding; the sand there can be soft and sinking from all the digging.
Street parking in downtown Langley; access via a ramp near the whale park or stairs below the Village Pizzeria.
