Surf City sits roughly in the middle of Long Beach Island, a straightforward beach town where the parking situation comes down to reading the signs carefully and getting there early rather than any posted system. Lifeguards work a set window each day, and badges are checked accordingly for anyone between 12 and 64.
A dependable, central LBI beach without much to distinguish it from its neighbors beyond decent surf, and the parking requires more local knowledge than towns with a marked lot.
