Treasure Island Beach sits below Treasure Island Park's landscaped blufftop grounds, with tidepools along the rocky shoreline and a parking structure at Wesley Drive making it easier to reach than many of Laguna's stairway-only coves. Ramps rather than stairs connect the park to the sand, a real plus for anyone hauling beach gear.
