Victoria Beach is known for La Tour, a real stone tower built into the cliffside that looks like it belongs in a storybook, one of the most photographed spots on this stretch of coast. Stairs from Victoria Drive near Sunset Terrace lead down to the sand, with parking limited and on-street only.
The stone tower alone makes this one of the most distinctive beaches in Laguna, genuinely worth the stairs and the parking hunt.

Leashed dogs are allowed on this Laguna Beach cove before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, and during longer hours the rest of the year, but off leash dogs are never permitted.
Orange County's water takes until late summer to really warm up, climbing into the low 70s by September.
