Drobni Pijesak

Drobni Pijesak sits between Sveti Stefan and Petrovac on Montenegro's Budva Riviera, a beach whose name translates to crushed sand, a mix of fine white pebbles and patches of sand that clear water makes almost glow. A restaurant and small diving platform sit right on the beach, once the historic meeting place for the heads of the Pastrovici clan centuries ago.
One of the top rated beaches on this stretch of coast for a reason, with genuinely clear water and real amenities, though the steep walk down and back keeps some visitors at the more convenient beaches nearby.
Pace yourself on the walk down from the parking lot. It's only 200 meters, but the elevation drop is steep enough that the return climb catches people off guard.
