Fulton Beach Park

Fulton Beach Park runs along Aransas Bay just north of Rockport, anchored by a long fishing pier rebuilt after Hurricane Harvey. It's a quieter, more residential feeling stretch than Rockport Beach a few miles south, better suited to a sunset walk than a full beach day.
A genuinely relaxed alternative to the bigger beach in Rockport, though it's built more for a pier walk and a sunset than serious swimming.

Fall and winter bring calmer water and better birding, while summer is busiest for light swimming and picnicking. Hurricane season runs June through November, and the rebuilt pier is a reminder of how exposed this stretch is.
